The security division of leading international facilities management company, Servest, has partnered with Business Insight 3 (Bi3) on a new initiative to improve service line delivery and efficiency. By further merging the spheres of technology and security, the partnership promises to revolutionise the client experience by reducing costs while increasing quality.
Stemming from the desire to drive innovation in facilities management, Servest Security will work with Bi3 to trial cutting-edge technology with its ever-expanding client base.
Bi3’s video analytics system offers the most intelligent method of detection in the marketplace. By intelligently analysing a scene, the technology has the ability to drastically reduce the number of false alarms generated by a CCTV system. The pre-eminent security product, which can be retrofit to any existing CCTV circuit, offers a more efficient way to manage resources. It will also provide clients with additional reassurance that their assets are safely protected.
Furthermore, the technology considers other algorithms that will provide the end user with business critical insight, including information regarding health and safety, staff and site management. This, in tandem with Servest’s commitment to providing excellent client experience, promises to further enhance the value of the service provider’s offering.
Jason Etherington, Servest Security’s managing director, is championing the partnership:
“We are delighted to be working with Bi3 as our partner on such an exciting venture. The technology will enable Servest Security to work proactively with clients in order to create and deliver innovative, cost effective and bespoke solutions. Servest and Bi3 are both innovative in spirit so I’m looking forward to seeing the team work together to explore future possibilities. Together we will set the bar higher and continually exceed expectations.”
