We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a place on the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) framework, whose members include universities, further education, heritage and public sector bodies.

Atalian Servest will provide LUPC members with maintenance and minor works, mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning services, and bundled FM services as part of a contract that will run to the end of October 2024.

LUPC is one of six regional university purchasing consortia in the UK. The frameworks agreements are subject to a tender process lasting six to nine months and are carried out in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and The Public Procurement Regulations 2020. The framework agreement seeks to secure best value for its members and to provide an easy and compliant route to the market.
