Yes, as long as the Hidden Talent programme you wish to study is in a different subject area to your Degree/Higher level qualification.
Yes, you must also have been a resident in the EU/UK for a minimum of the previous three years prior to starting your Hidden Talent qualification.
Your application will be processed by the specialist Hidden Talent Partner. They will then perform screening on our behalf, this can take place face to face, but is usually over the phone. Once this has taken place, and if they feel you are suitable for the role, an interview with the Hiring Manager is arranged.
We have an internal minimum rate for recruited Hidden Talent learners of £5.00 p/h, in the first year of your programme. However, the Hiring Manager agrees the wage, so in some cases you may receive more.
Yes, but only if you are in the 16-18 (and 364 days) age group. We will provide you with a learning grant of £250* paid after four months and £250* paid after 13 months your programme. *subject to tax/NI
A minimum of 12 months, 1 week or 372 days, although it depends on the level of qualification, as some even degree programmes have a maximum duration of 4 years.
Yes, as you are fully employed by Atalian Servest, you will be entitled to all the same benefits as other colleagues.
This depends on the qualification subject and level. Typically, lower levels can be delivered on a 1-1 basis and higher levels have workshop elements built in. The Hidden Talent Partners will talk you through the delivery model prior to your enrolment.
Our Hidden Talent Partner will ensure you are enrolled onto your Hidden Talent qualification as part of your Atalian Servest induction.
Yes, you will be offered a permanent contract from the outset, that’s how committed Atalian Servest is to bringing people into the business through the Hidden Talent programme. If you make a good impression and continue to work hard then further opportunities may arise to progress.
