Terms and Conditions
1: How do I make a referral/sale?
The scheme is applicable for referral and sales relating to new contractual/non-contractual work. The first thing you must do is ensure that the person you suggest we contact has given their express consent to allow us to use their personal details for the referral.
Next, email your name, address and telephone number to [email protected], state that you are making a Cash-In referral and specify the company name of the potential new client, the name, email address and contact telephone number of the person who should be contacted about the referral, and a description of the services that you believe the potential new client may be interested in receiving. If you have already had initial conversations with your contact around the provision of services to them in the future please provide details of these conversations.
2: Who can make a referral/sale?
A current employee of an Atalian Servest Limited Company who is not part of a formal commission or bonus scheme, and is not performing a sales or bid role as part of their employment.
3: Can I make more than one referral/sale?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
4: What is a successful referral/sale?
A Cash-In referral which results in a new client or new business (being an entity that is not a current client of an Atalian Servest Limited Company at the time of the Cash-In referral or which had received services from an Atalian Servest Limited Company in the 12 months preceding the date of the Cash-In referral) entering into a contract with an Atalian Servest Limited Company for the provision of one or more services and which is not terminated within the first 30 days from commencement of provision of the services. If there are more than one Cash-In referrals made in respect of the same new client, it shall only be deemed to be a successful referral for the employee from whom the first Cash In referral email was received.
5: What incentive will I receive in relation to my successful referral/sale?
For each successful referral you make you will receive a cash payment equivalent to the lower of (a) 10% of the anticipated aggregate fee to be charged by Atalian Servest to that client and (b) £1,000.
6: When will I receive my Cash-In referral/sale incentive?
The payment due to you pursuant to condition 5 above will be paid within 3 months of the date on which the provision of services to the new client the subject of the successful referral commences and an invoice is paid by the client. Payment will be made directly into your bank account, and the amount you receive will be a net amount (having had tax deducted at source).
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND, WITHDRAW OR RESTRUCTURE THE CASH-IN INCENTIVE SCHEME AT ANY TIME.
IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS A REFERENCE TO AN ATALIAN SERVEST GROUP COMPANY MEANS ATALIAN SERVEST LIMITED AND ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY OF ATALIAN SERVEST LIMITED.
YOU CANNOT NOT MAKE A REFERRAL UNDER THE CASH-IN INCENTIVE SCHEME UNLESS YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE EXPRESS CONSENT OF THE PERSON TO BE CONTACTED.
