LGBTQ+
The UK has made great strides in recent decades, it is essential that we recognise those who identify as LGBTQ+ make vital contributions to our culture and our economy. There have also been a number of advancements in equality for those who identify as LGBTQ+. However, with Stonewall reporting that more than a third of LGBT staff in Britain hide their sexuality due to fear of discrimination, it is clear that there is still a need for change.
