One of the greatest assets of Atalian Servest is our diverse workforce. There is a focus in Facilities Management on the financial and tangible benefits of ‘promoting from within’, but we understand that we need to ensure the diversity evident in entry-level roles within our industry is carried through and developed into senior leadership positions.
To help promote equality within the workplace, we are committed to taking a proactive approach in the development and support of underrepresented individuals into senior roles. We are proud to have signed the Race at Work Charter. Under the Race at Work Charter, Atalian Servest adheres to five fundamental principles to ensure we break down barriers, and champions inclusive recruitment and progression. These include capturing ethnicity data and publishing progress and taking actions that supports ethnic minority career progression.
