- ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT. Work, autonomy, development, independence.
- AGILITY. Flexibility, anticipation, innovation.
- INTEGRITY. Lucidity, respect, loyalty, honesty.
- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. Environment, society, economy, humanity.
- SIMPLICITY. Accessibility, availability, efficiency, proximity.
Shortlisted teams will be provided with a subject matter expert who will coach them to the final which will take place in November during Global Entrepreneur Week.
The board of Atalian Servest UK & Ireland will then select an overall winner and present a prize. The winner will receive a bespoke training and development plan and their innovation will be phased into the business at the beginning of 2021.
Daniel Dickson, CEO UK & Ireland at Atalian Servest, describes ONE as “an innovation challenge with a difference” and adds:
“It will provide an opportunity for all our colleagues to use their diverse experiences to think big and generate fresh ideas. We’re hoping to open up and support the entrepreneurial spirit within the business.”
