

Kate Mann – Facilities Manager
What did you do before you joined Atalian Servest?
I worked in the admin team for a different facilities management company, but I decided I wanted to move into an operational role and Atalian Servest gave me my first opportunity as a Site Manager in the CPS Division.
What opportunities has working at Atalian Servest given you?
I’ve had various roles in my 5 years at Atalian Servest within the CPS and Retail divisions. I really enjoyed being part of the City of London team and love my current role as Facilities Manager at a large client’s London head office.
Atalian Servest gave me the chance me to become a licenced BICSc assessor and I’ve just completed a level 5 Operational Management apprenticeship course.
How has this helped you grow?
The apprenticeship programme has given me new skills and increased my confidence in my own role. It also introduced me to colleagues in other divisions in the company which I found valuable as it highlighted the similar and different challenges, we all face.
Every educational opportunity I have received has been a great chance to build relationships and understand more about other parts of the company.
How does your future at Atalian Servest look?
I intend to build on my knowledge of the contract I’m working on and further develop my skills to enable me to take on more responsibility and bigger challenges.
