After completing her A Levels, Kelly worked in an outsourcing and people services company. She worked her way into a Fulfilment Manager position and was later promoted to the role of Customer Relations and Operations Support Analyst.
Servest journey so far
Joining Servest in 2014 as the Commercial Support Team Manager, Kelly was impressed by the attitude and approachability of all her new colleagues and was struck by how much Servest cared about individual employees and their personal development.
Kelly’s role involves managing the commercial support team, who are often the first point of contact for colleagues and handle hundreds of requests each week. She particularly enjoys helping develop her team and loves seeing them progress in their career.
Looking to the future
Kelly wants to develop her career at Servest, and sees her future with the company. Kelly has her sights set on becoming head of department in the short term, but is open to change in the longer term. Kelly loves how diverse Servest is and how much it is changing and growing, and thinks it is important not to limit herself to a single career path so she can grab any opportunities that come her way.
Kelly is very ambitious and would love to be in a position of influence in the business to help form the strategic decisions that shape the future of the company. Although her main hope for her future career is that she achieves her potential, whatever that may be.
“Since joining Servest I no longer experience that Sunday evening dread. The attitude to work here is so strong that I know I will be well supported in whatever challenges come my way.”
