Melanie has a lot of experience of working in a variety of customer service industries. Prior to joining Servest, she worked in the hospitality sector as a restaurant manager for several years.
SERVEST JOURNEY SO FAR
Joining Servest in 2016 as head receptionist, Melanie has been active in developing the front of house function into a first class reception and administration service. Melanie and her team are the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to Servest and she is very aware that ‘you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression’. As a result, Melanie is known throughout the company as being friendly and approachable, and continues to impress with her concierge abilities.
LOOKING TO THE FUTURE
Due to her positive and resilient approach, Melanie enjoys her role and sees herself making a long-term career with Servest. She is open to the opportunities for progression across the company and would love to advance into a management role in the future.
