As part of National Cleaning Week, we wanted to take this opportunity to highlight our Cleaners of the Year. We recently celebrated five incredible individuals from across our cleaning division, who go above & beyond to ensure our clients receive the best service delivery.
June Bunn
Jen Bates awarded June Bunn as our Cleaner of the Year in our Corporate and Professional Services division. She has been driving standards at the Heart of Worcestershire College for over 30 years.
She consistently goes above and beyond to help the college, including by helping on the neighbouring site. Her line manager praised her professional conduct and high-quality service delivery, calling June the “backbone of our service at Heart of Worcestershire College”.
David Mouldings
Our second Cleaner of the Year is David Mouldings, who has worked hard to deliver on all the requirements on our London North Eastern Railway (LNER) contract.
His hard work and dedication has led to him receiving praise from the client and passengers. In recognition of his willingness to go above and beyond to keep passengers safe during the pandemic, David was also nominated for an award at the PFM Awards 2021.
Tyrone Jose
Darren Walker, Business Director, awarded Tyrone Jose as Cleaner of the Year in our Industry division.
Often the first to arrive and last to leave on his shift, Tyrone has gone above and beyond to ensure we can provide the highest quality service delivery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tyrone volunteered to join our regional fogging team, often working additional shifts. When one of our clients urgently needed a fogging team to ensure their operations could continue, Tyrone volunteered.
Michael Jackson
Our next Cleaner of the Year is Michael Jackson, who works in our Retail Groceries division.
Business Director, Andy Cawdron said Michael gives him “the vision to challenge our approach to cleaning our clients’ stores”. Michael is fully focused on delivering great standards, often working on tasks such as fogging and reactive cleans. He is polite, articulate and strives to be the best he can be every day. In testament to this, Michael has started assisting with providing training to other Atalian Servest colleagues.
Maitri Kaewtipnet

Maitri’s award was collected on her behalf by her colleague Ashis Biswas.
Described by her colleagues as flexible, supportive, and committed, Maitri has been awarded our Cleaner of the Year for our Retail Highstreet division for her quick thinking and her determination to overcome adversity.
Her attitude has been praised by our client, who are consistently receiving positive customer feedback about the high cleaning standards across the store. Maitri is a credit to both herself and Atalian Servest, and is highly valued by all.
