ONE – Terms and Conditions

  1. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
  2. Entrants must be a current Atalian Servest Colleague
  3. Teams are limited to one to five
  4. ONE is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary
  5. Atalian Servest will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  6. Atalian Servest reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  7. Multiple entries per person are permitted.
  8. If the prize cannot be awarded as described, Atalian Servest reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in their sole discretion.
  9. Finalists will be chosen by the judging panel and/or UK & Ireland Board following the final presentations.
  10. Winner(s) will be chosen by the judging panel and/or UK & Ireland Board following the final presentations.
  11. Atalian Servest’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
  12. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  13. By entering ONE, whether a winning entry or not and by submitting your content, you grant Atalian Servest a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide ownership of it.
  14. Atalian Servest shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  15. Atalian Servest reserves the right to amend the Rules or to terminate the competition at any time without any liability to any contestant.
