Submit your idea

Atalian Servest believes all colleagues should be given the opportunity to accelerate their careers, which is why all colleagues who enter ONE will benefit from the following;

  • Career Development and Training Opportunities – all colleagues who enter ONE will be given a bespoke learning and development plan by Opportunity, our Learning and Development department.
  • Interaction with the UK & Ireland Board – all finalists will present their innovative ideas and concepts to the UK & Ireland Board who will unanimously pick a winner. The winner will work with the Board to develop and implement the idea into 2021.
  • Cash Prize – The winner will also receive a cash prize in recognition of their hard work and entrepreneurial spirit.

We want to invest in Atalian Servest colleagues’ who have innovative ideas. You’ve got to be in it to win it, enter ONE to accelerate your career.

Our colleagues are invited to submit any idea they believe can make a tangible difference to way Atalian Servest operate, no matter how big or small. But, they must relate to at least one of five corporate values.

For example, if you entered an idea based on Simplicity, it could be focused on making an existing process more efficient.

Or, an idea based on Agility could be introducing, adapting or evolving a current service offering that reacts to the current market, and the requirements of our clients.

Opportunity is our Learning and Development brand, available to all colleagues. This includes pre-employment training, apprenticeships, functional skills training and physical and mental health training.

We believe that to maintain a highly motivated workforce, all colleagues must be given the opportunities to advance their careers. Our apprenticeship offering includes entry-level programmes, through to senior management courses.

All colleagues who enter ONE, will receive bespoke training and development opportunities to advance to accelerate their careers.

One Launch Event

The ONE launch event took place earlier this year, where we heard from a number of our colleagues about the power of being given an opportunity.

Nana Osei shared his story, and how the trust and support of the business have led him to a managerial position. Nana highlighted the importance of making the most of every opportunity that is passed your way, including entering ONE.

Kelly Howell shared her story of how she overcame barriers to accelerate her career and, how it has led her to the role of HR Director, and a position on our UK & Ireland Board.

Charlotte Coles-Morris explained her journey at Atalian Servest, and how from graduating university last year, she has taken the opportunity of leading ONE. Charlotte encouraged all colleagues to look beyond their role and seniority when entering ONE.

We also heard from Loraine Martins, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Network Rail. Loraine highlighted the importance of having a diverse workforce, as different experiences and backgrounds allow innovative thinking by approaching challenges from different perspectives.
