At Atalian Servest, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to develop their careers. All our colleagues who enter ONE can benefit from:

  • Career Development and Training –all colleagues who enter ONE will be given access to a tailor-made learning and development plan by our Learning and Development department Opportunity. All finalists will also present their idea to the Executive Committee, putting your talent and passion in the spotlight.
  • Coaching – Each of the finalists will be grouped with a subject matter expert to support and enhance their idea.
  • Drive the future of our business – The winner of the competition will work with the Executive Committee to develop and implement their idea.
  • Cash Prize – The winner will receive a £2,500 cash prize in recognition of their hard work and entrepreneurial spirit.
