Facilities management service provider, Servest, has acquired the building services contractor, Arthur McKay, as part of its growth and diversification strategy.

Servest identified the contractor, which has offices throughout the UK as being a good strategic fit for their existing building services division. Arthur McKay delivers services ranging from mechanical and electrical to networks and FM services. The acquisition will help Servest expand and develop its technical expertise, in addition to extending the FM Company’s geographical reach.

Arthur McKay was founded in 1958 and is now one of the UK’s leading providers of building support services, with a highly credible track record on the design and safe delivery of complex, multi-million pound projects. The company’s customer base is varied across multiple, private and public sectors. The company is currently on the top 50 FM companies list, and has a turnover of £125 million.
