Tony Winterbottom joins as Business Director and Craig Fettes is appointed as Operations Director in what are key roles for the catering business going forward. Both roles report directly to John Hamill, Managing Director of Servest Catering.
Tony Winterbottom – Business Director
Tony Winterbottom joins Servest Catering from contract caterers Elior where he was Sales Director for 11 years. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the catering industry in sales and operations roles.
Winterbottom takes responsibility for driving a market sector focused approach and ensuring that Servest Catering excels in its target sectors.
Specifically, Winterbottom leads the business development team to provide tailor-made and innovative food service management solutions to clients and customers across the UK.
Winterbottom said of his appointment: “Servest is on a significant growth plan and I am excited to have joined such a passionate and innovative team covering many service disciplines and market sectors. I look forward to really getting under the skin of each sector to ensure a strong competitive advantage for the business.”
Craig Fettes – Operations Director
Craig Fettes brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in senior operations roles at a number of well known companies including Compass, Mitie and Elior. Most recently Fettes worked at Aramark as Director of Operations. He has worked in partnership with big names including Shell, Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG, Kingston University, BBC and Microsoft.
