The catering division of Servest, the leading facilities management service provider, has recently been awarded a contract to operate the café at Dean Castle Country Park, part of East Ayrshire Leisure in Scotland. The café is undergoing refurbishment as part of the park’s major redevelopment project, which will give visitors an all-new food offer alongside the newly improved facilities.
Situated in Kilmarnock, the park’s new look café, complete with a mezzanine level, will be surrounded by glass to allow views out over the country park and a new decking area for al-fresco dining during the summer months.
Servest Food Co.’s John Fleming, executive chef for Scotland, will be overseeing the revamped menu, which will have a strong emphasis on quality and provenance. In addition to an exciting new menu, Servest Food Co. will also be bringing in their artisan coffee brand Groundhouse – offering an organic and ethically-sourced range of coffees.
As part of the contract, Servest will also be providing food for the many events that take place at the park throughout the year.
