The UK’s largest management body, the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), has granted Servest Group its prestigious ‘Centre’ status.
The leading facilities management provider will now be able to work with ILM to deliver the most popular leadership and managementqualifications on the market. The association with the Institute will allow Servest to target the development needs of their 18,000 employees.
In order to achieve ILM Centre status, Servest had to comply with an abundance of quality assurance requirements. In addition, the Group succeeded in demonstrating that the company infrastructure could easily facilitate the delivery of the highest standards of learning and development.
Subscribing to the notion that people are at the heart of any business, Servest believe in relationships and human partnerships to create mutual success. Since achieving its status, Servest has fully maximised the benefits: – four of the Group’s internal programmes have been officially endorsed, and the management development programmes, including The Future Leader and Alchemist programmes, will now be ILM accredited.
Rob Legge, Group CEO, is delighted with this fantastic achievement: “Achieving accreditation to be an ILM recognised provider is the culmination of an enormous amount of hard work on our employee development offering. Servest continue to pride ourselves on the value we place on growing our own talent and becoming recognised by the ILM is a demonstration of that.”
