Servest Group has won a contract with London Business School, the preeminent constituent college of the University of London. The contract will see 50 members of the Servest team provide cleaning, consumables and waste services throughout the campus for the next three years.

Servest, a leading facilities management provider, secured the contract under a competitive tender process that included numerous site visits to showcase Servest’s expertise at existing client sites, a formal submission and a presentation.

London Business School was looking for a service partner that could drive standards in order to continuously improve the on-campus facilities. Demonstrating expertise and understanding of the institution’s needs, Servest’s pitch successfully demonstrated a commitment to employee development and best practice performance. In addition, the service provider highlighted the innovative ways it would go about controlling the waste streams throughout the campus.
