Understanding your current situation
In the first instance, Atalian Servest will work with you to understand your existing records and arrangements, and then use this information to populate its web based reporting system. Once all of your information is in one place you are provided with a single live view, across your whole portfolio, building by building.
You will have access at all times to your compliance status in respect of fire assessments, asbestos risk management, L8 Legionella checks, TM44 air-conditioning inspections and Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliance.
Identifying and rectifying any potential risks
The Atalian Servest system will automatically schedule site visits by experienced and qualified assessors to ensure your compliance is maintained and any potential risks are identified.
If any remedial works are needed the Atalian Servest team can either take advantage of the in-house building services division to self-deliver the works or they will manage any specialist subcontractors for you. Making it a stress free process for you, as Atalian Servest team will not only identify any issues; they will always offer a solution.
