Apprenticeship Levy Managed Services
All employers in the UK with a wage bill of more than £3 million must pay 0.5% of their payroll into a central levy ‘pot’. Our experienced team can help you to understand the apprenticeship levy, including processes and procedures. We can also advise you how to use it or even coordinate the apprenticeship levy on your behalf. Commercial Short Courses
An essential part of corporate governance is providing your workforce with the knowledge and skills required to keep them safe in the workplace. Our commercial short courses provide an in-depth, practical look at how your employees can meet their responsibility in safeguarding themselves, colleagues, clients and the public.
- Health & Safety
Atalian Servest is an authorised provider of IOSH Managing Safely and Working Safely training. Health and safety training is a key element of our induction programmes which are tailored to each client and environment. Fire Safety course are also available, with approved instructors either online or in person.

- First Aid in the Workplace
The First Aid at Work refresher course ensures that all first aiders in your business have up to date first aid knowledge, helping you fulfil the strong recommendations by the HSE (first aid regulations 1981). This course can be done online or can also be done with one of our approved instructors locally.
- Mental Health in the Workplace
We offer classroom courses at your workplace as a one-day courses or video online courses with experts on mental health conditions. This is ideal for all employees to give them a better understanding of mental health in the workplace.
SIA Security Training
As a leading security provider, with the biggest clients in the UK & Ireland, we specialise in delivering the SIA License qualification, providing individuals with the opportunity to become qualified security professionals, thus increasing their earning potential.
Our experienced trainers provide training for your employees to be licensed in the following areas;
- Door Supervisor
- Security Guarding
- Close Protection
Our Functional Skills training provides Maths and English qualifications that are crafted for and support all levels of learners. We believe everyone should have equal opportunities to develop practical skills needed in real-life situations.
Depending on the type of apprenticeship being taken, and the level of Maths and English already achieved, apprentices may also need a functional skills qualification.
- Level 2 apprentices require Maths and English at Level 1 and must attempt all elements of the Level 2 qualification.
- Level 3 apprentices require Maths and English at level 2.
Sector Based Work Academies
In partnership with the UK Government and Jobcentre Plus, we deliver the Sector-Based Work Academies (SWAP), supporting those receiving unemployment benefits to apply for jobs in a different area of work. As your training provider, we can support in meeting your immediate and future recruitment needs by creating a future-fit workforce.
SWAP is made up of three core placements and can last up to six weeks.
1. Pre-Employment Training
Funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and self-delivered by Atalian Servest.
2. Work Experience Placement
Individuals enrolled on the SWAP will be given a work experience placement in your business, enabling them to develop their skills in a real working environment. We can combine the work experience placement and pre-employment training if this better suits your requirements.
3. A guaranteed job interview.
At the end of the placement, a guaranteed job interview will not only allow you to select the best candidates but, will give participants invaluable interview experience. During this process, you may also want to consider whether an apprenticeship opportunity would be beneficial for your business and the candidate, which we can support.
