Opportunity is the Learning and Development department of Atalian Servest Integrated Solutions Ltd (ASIS) (part of the Atalian Servest group of companies). All activities conducted by the Learning and Development department, including provision of apprenticeships, is done under the Opportunity title.

Andrew Westhead

Andrew is a prime example of what can be achieved if you set your mind to the task at hand. Having enrolled in the level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship, Andrew has found the programme challenging but his determination is unrivalled and is achieving excellent results.

Danny Barnes

Having recently been promoted to the role of Contracts Manager, Danny looks after the catering services for a group of 11 Assisted Living Homes, a role that he is able to do due to the skills learnt on his apprenticeship.
Danny is committed to his Apprenticeship and has progressed and developed massively over the months he has been on his learning journey.

Malik Donegal

As a young manager, Malik has been identified as a future leader and is currently studying for the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Malik continuously demonstrates his passion and commitment to supporting the team around him. Throughout his apprenticeship, Malik has adapted his management style, using the skills he has learnt to improve the relationships with his team.

Kieran Fowler

Kieran has been recognised for the passion, time and commitment he has put into his apprenticeship. He has never missed a session and always completes his work by any deadlines set, his apprenticeship has excelled his career.
The skills he has learnt has improved his communication skills, allowing him to lead his team in a more strategic way. It has inspired and motivated him, demonstrating that any goal is achievable.
