Planned Preventative Maintenance

Business Focus Maintenance

On a standard Planned Preventative Maintenance plan all equipment is given the same priority and is maintained in the same way, regardless of how often it is used or how business critical it is.

With an Atalian Servest Business Focus Maintenance Plan, which is supported by Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA) and Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), we’ll review all equipment to identify condition and criticality. From this information a maintenance schedule is implemented based on risk and the businesses need to maximise asset life and efficiency.
